Delivery
How much is delivery in the UAE and how long does it take?
- Standard delivery (2–3 business days) costs AED 25, and is free on orders above AED 500.
- Express delivery (1–2 business days) costs AED 40.
- The exact delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you deliver outside the UAE?
- Standard delivery (7–14 business days) costs AED 160.
- The charge is shown in your currency at checkout before you pay.
- Customs duties and taxes are not included and are the customer's responsibility.
- Cash on delivery is not available for international orders.
How do I track my order?
Check the status any time on the order tracking page with your order number and the email or phone number you used at checkout.
Payment
How can I pay?
The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout before you pay. Card payments are processed on a secure page by our payment provider; we never see or store your card number.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
When cash on delivery is available for your address it is offered at checkout, together with any charge (the charge shown at checkout).
How do I use a coupon code?
Enter the code in the coupon box in the order summary at checkout and press Apply. The discount appears before you pay. One coupon can be used per order.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. With an account you can see all your orders and their status in one place.
Sizes and exchanges
I'm not sure about my size. Can you help?
Yes. Open the product you like and tap the WhatsApp button: your message includes the product link, so we can see exactly which kandora you mean and advise on size before you order.
How do I request an exchange or return?
Use the return and exchange request form with your order number and email, or contact us and we will help.
