Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 6 October 2026

These terms apply when you use arabkandora.com and buy from us. The website is operated by AHL FZE LLC in the United Arab Emirates. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. Sizes and availability are shown on each product page.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) unless you choose another currency; the amount charged is shown at checkout before you pay.
• The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by our payment providers on secure pages.
• Delivery charges, any cash-on-delivery charge and discounts are shown in the order summary before you confirm.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation. We may cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error; if so, we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.

Delivery

Delivery options, charges and times are shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Delivery page. Please make sure the delivery address and phone number are correct.

Exchanges, returns and refunds

See our Exchanges and Return & Refund Policy.

Coupons and offers

Each coupon or offer has its own conditions, shown with it. One coupon can be used per order, and coupons can't be exchanged for cash.

Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.

Content

The text, photographs, logo and design of this website belong to Arab Kandora and may not be copied without our permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE consumer protection law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.
