Refund & Return Policy

At Arab Kandora, we are dedicated to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and options regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order under the following conditions:

✔️ The item is unused and unworn
✔️ All original tags and labels are intact
✔️ The item is in original packaging
✔️ Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is provided

Note: Personalized or custom-made items (including custom sizing) are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange:

1. Contact our Support Team within 14 days of delivery:

2. Include in your message:

   • Order number

   • Name and contact information

   • Reason for return or exchange

   • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

3. Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — Arab Kandora is not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

✔ Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days.
✔ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
✔ You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
✔ Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you choose to exchange your item:

• Let us know the new size, color, or style you want

• Exchanges are processed after we receive the original item

• If the new item has a price difference, any additional amount must be paid before shipping

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Include photos showing the issue

• We will arrange for a return, exchange, or refund at no extra cost

7. Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting customer support. Once an order has been shipped, it must be processed through our return policy.
